Nez Perce Rally

The 2008 Nez Perce Rally will be held
the 3rd through the 7th of August. The Nez
Perce ride will end at the Sawtooth Lodge at Grandjean. We are going
to have a great ride and good food again, I hope everyone will
sign up early. The starting point for the rally will be emailed
to each rider at a later date. I will keep everyone informed as
much a possible by email. Contact me at gsidaho@cableone.net for
any questions. Please make sure that you register on line through
the club, don't send me any money. Checks should be mailed to
the Club.
The registration fee is $60.00 per person for the Nez Perce. The
good news is that the Nez Perce Rally will include camping and
food Thursday night at the Stomp. The Sawtooth Lodge offers a
lot of amenities and is a great place to wind down after the ride.
There is a heated pool, showers, toilets, camping in the meadow
and a hot spring that's just a short walk to the river. They have
some cabins but you have make your own reservations, check the Stomp page for more
info. Grandjean is located off Hwy 21 just east of Lowman. This
is a very scenic area with great hiking and fishing. Grandjean
sits at the foot of the western edge of the Sawtooth Mountains.
